Darreon Reddick Visits Mizzou

On Sunday, 2014 combo guard Darreon Reddick  6’3”  200  Belleville (IL) East took in the Missouri Tigers blowout of William & Mary.  He was in Columbia on an unofficial visit, and afterwards, he spoke with ShowMeMizzou.com to update us on his recruitment.
Reddick impressed the Missouri staff at last June’s Elite camp, and he said that Coach Chew and Coach Haith have been to see him play.
He’s been back to Missouri a couple of times.  Reddick also plays summer ball for the Belleville-based Jets.
Reddick is receiving recruiting attention from TennesseeKansas StateOhio State,XavierMichiganDePaul, and Missouri State, in addition to Missouri.  DePaul has offered, and he’s also visited Tennessee, DePaul, and Michigan, and Missouri State in addition to Missouri.  He said that he’s supposed to visit Ohio State, as well.
Reddick, just a sophomore, says that he’s going to take some time before deciding on a school.  He doesn’t have any favorites, or a specific timetable for making a decision.  He said that everyone’s equal at this time, but he does like Missouri, and he’s developing a relationship with Coach Chew and Coach Haith.
“I like the way that Mizzou plays,”  said Reddick.  “I’d consider going to Missouri.  I like the school.  I like the environment.”
