Collinsville off to a 5-0 start and Jets 2013 guard Jason Kusnerick is playing well

Jason Kusnerick is avg 10.6 points a game and one of the reasons why Collinsville has started the season 5-0.  Jason had a strong summer with the Jets and will be the Kahoks 3 point marksman this year.  Jason and the Kahoks will open the SWC schedule Friday night.

CBC opens season in strong fashion led by Jets 2014 Guard Patrick McCaw

Patrick McCaw pumped in 14 points to lead CBC to their first victory.  Patrick a smooth 6'3 Guard who has a smooth outside stroke had a very strong summer and looks to continue his play during the high school season.

Alton Marquette continues to play well, led by jets Dtae McMurray and Mike Williams

Dtae McMurray and Mike Williams continue to lead the Explorers to a 2-0 record.  During their last game Dtae chipped in with 13 while Mike pumped in 16.  The Explorers will be in action tonight in the Lebanon Holiday Tournament.

Malcolm Hill is a All-Tournament Selection at SFTOC

Belleville East who is 2-2 on the young season lead by Malcolm Hill was voted to the SFTOC, All-Tournament Team last week.  Malcolm is having a strong start to the season.  Malcolm will be in action Friday night as they open the SWC conference slate.

Belleville West opens the season with a victory, lead by jets Nick Van Osdale and Michael Schmidt

Belleville West opens the season with a 69-27 victory lead by Nick Van Osdale 15 and Michael Schmidt 10.  Jaylen Owens also had a strong game as well.  Belleville West will be in action tonight at 5:30 vs Hazelwood Central.

Cahokia Finishes Strong at tournament

Cahokia won their last two games of the Lincoln tournament.

Vianney opens up the season strong as Jets Brad Woodson and George Suggs lead the way

Brad Woodson pumps in 18 and George Suggs adds 9 and 8 rebounds as Vianney opens the season in great fashion.  SIUE and UT martin was in attendance to watch the game.  Vianney will play tonight in the 2nd round of their own tournament.

Malcolm HIll scores 27 Darreon Reddick chips in with 13 as Belleville East wins second game

Malcolm Hill continues his great start with 27 and Darreon Reddick pumps in 13 to lead Belleville East to a 55-49 victory over Peoria Notre Dame.  Belleville East will be action tomorrow night against Washington.

Dtae McMurray with 26 and Mike Williams with 17 to lead Alton Marquette over Madison

Dtae McMurray opens the season with a bang pumping in 26 points and Mike Williams added 17 to lead Marquette to a 58-51 victory.  Both guards had an excellent summer.

Malcolm Hill pumps in 24 in loss to Proviso East

Malcolm Hill led Belleville East with 24 in a loss this afternoon.  Malcolm will be back in action tonight vs Peoria Notre Dame

Charles joy plays well for siue in loss in cancun

Charles joy logged good minutes in loss to Hampton at Cancun challenge. He had 2 points 3 rebs and defended Hampton's leading scorer.  Charles will continue to improve as the season progresses

Jets welcome center Andrew drone to the Jets family

6'10 center Andrew drone is now a member of the jets family.  Andrew has recently received a offer from Wright state.  We look forward to tracking him all winter and him suiting up in the navy and orange

Morton gears up for second game Jets guard Breck Swinford hopes to continue contributing

2014 guard Breck Swinford had a strong summer with jets and want to carry it over to the high School season.  Breck is an excellent defender and plays with great intensity and energy.  We will track Brecks play throughout the season

Belleville east wins opener 57-44 lead by jets hill and reddick

Malcolm hill pumps in 26 and Darreon Reddick playing the point has 7 pts 4 assists and 2 steals in win. Belleville east plays next Friday at 12 in Washington Illinois at the sftoc.

Cahokia hopes to continue strong start with 2nd game today

Led by jets Darius austin, CJ rivers, Keenan minor,  Vincent Jackson and darenzo Jennings play tough Seton academy team out of chicago.  Both teams like to get up and down the floor which should make for a very entertaining game.

belleville east opens season today in Washington illinois lead by jets Malcolm hill and Darreon Reddick

Illinois recruit Malcolm hill and Darreon reddick will lead belleville east as they open the state form tournament in Washington Illinois.  Malcolm hill coming off a strong SUMMER and is now rated in the top 50 in the country.  Darreon reddick a explosive 2014 guard is now getting interests from many big time programs.  We will track their progress throughout the season.

Kennan minor scores 17 and 7 rebs and darius Austin has 11 with 8 brds.  Vincent Jackson also had a strong game.  Cj rivers played a good floor game 4 pts 2 steals 5 assists and a dunk to close the game.  Cahokia will be in action wed night at 6:30 in the Lincoln tournament

Charles Joy playing good minutes for SIUE Men

Charles Joy is playing good minutes for the SIUE mens team.  Charles is playing 12-17 minutes a game for the cougars.  Next game for Charles and SIUE will be at tuesday evening in Cancun.

Jets Elijah Kinmon, Michael Jackson and Roy Bullock set to start final season

Elijah Kinmon, Michael Jackson and roy bullock are set to lead the O'fallon panthers in the 2011-12 season which starts vs the Carbondale Terriers to open the Alton Thanksgiving tournament.

Josh Buie playing well for Drury panthers

Josh Buie started his first college game and has been the 1st guard off the bench for the Drury panthers.  Josh who has bulked up since starting college is starting to get more and more playing time as the season progresses.  He will continue to be a key component to the Drury panthers success this season.

Roosevelt Jones having a good start to college career

Roosevelt Jones is the 6th man for the Butler bulldogs averaging close to 20 minutes a game.  He has been productive in each one of his games and is a fixture on the defensive end and the glass.  He will continue to get better on the offensive end as the season progresses.


3 former Jets leading SIUE Women to 3-0 start

SIUE is off to a great start this year with a 3-0 record this year thanks to 3 jets alums.

Jazmin Hill, Raven Berry and Michaela Herrod are having a great start to the season.  Michaela is avg 17pts, Jazmin 10pts and Raven is averaging 8 pts 7.3 rebs a game.

Micah Jones scores 29 points and 12 rebounds to lead Cowden Herrick to victory

Jet Micah Jones who had a great evaluation period with Jets leads Cowden Herrick to a 2-0 record and  pumping in 29 pts and 12 rebounds in their last victory.

Jet Brooke Schulte dominates Alton Tournament

Depaul recruit and Jets player Brooke Schulte had a dominating week leading her Mater Dei team to the Alton Thanksgiving tournament title.  Brooke had games of 29 & 35.  Brooke also was a member of the Mater Dei 3A Volleyball State Title team.

Althoff finishes 3rd at Alton Tournament

Althoff girls finished 2-1 at the Alton Tournament last week.  The althoff lady crusaders are lead by Jets Director Todd Hill.  Congrats to Althoff and Jets Kymber Hill, Mary Cardenas, Jazmine Stubblefield.

Jets CJ Rivers, Darius Austin, Keenan Minor, Vincent Jackson of Cahokia High School set to start season at Lincoln Thanksgiving Tournament

Cahokia high school is set to start their season Nov. 21st at the Lincoln Railer thanksgiving tournament.  Cahokia is the favorite to reach the 3A State tournament from down south this season.  We will have an update on their progress throughout their opening week.
